Holder
Strength & Conditioning Coordinator
Brandon Holder oversees strength and conditioning for the Fairfax County Police Department, bringing over a decade of experience in performance training. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Bridgewater College and maintains multiple professional certifications. Driven by a commitment to those who serve the community, Brandon focuses on building a culture of resilience, wellness, and long-term performance across the department.

Lipscomb
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Travis Lipscomb works primarily with GarageFit sessions and Pre-Academy recruits, helping prepare tactical athletes for the physical demands of the job. He holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology from George Mason University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Travis is passionate about developing strength, durability, and mental resilience in officers at every stage of their career.

Pham
Strength & Conditioning Coordinator
Nicholas Pham leads strength and conditioning for the Fairfax County Criminal Justice Academy, applying elite performance principles to tactical training. He holds a degree in Exercise Science from Bridgewater College and has experience training athletes across numerous sports. Nick is dedicated to improving readiness, durability, and performance through results-driven training programs.

Bahneman, MS
Women’s Health Coordinator & Mind/Body/Yoga Instructor
Jane Bahneman specializes in holistic wellness for tactical populations, supporting both physical and mental resilience. She brings extensive experience across public, private, and academic sectors, along with advanced certifications in health, fitness, and yoga. Her Mind/Body/Yoga programming helps officers manage stress, build resilience, and perform more effectively in high-pressure environments.

Steinberg
Nutrition Coach
Kylie Steinberg provides individualized nutrition coaching that supports performance, recovery, and long-term health. With over a decade of experience, she holds degrees in Exercise Science and Counseling and multiple evidence-based certifications. Kylie focuses on realistic, sustainable strategies that help officers perform at their best on duty while supporting overall well-being off duty.
